We are the small hospice with big kind hearts. We are a family owned and operated Hospice. On average, our staff have 14 years of hospice experience. Our goal is to provide top-notch custom tailored care that truly meets the needs of our patients. As a smaller organization, we have the agility to make quick decisions and quick responses, so that the needs of our patients are met quickly and to their precise need.

Our mission is to bring joy, comfort, and hope to those facing a terminal diagnosis. At Kind Hearts Hospice, we provide compassionate medical care, symptom management, personal care, social and emotional support, and spiritual care tailored to each patient’s needs. Wherever our patients call home—whether a house, apartment, assisted living community, or skilled nursing facility—we are honored to come alongside them and their families with comfort, dignity, and support during one of life’s most difficult seasons.
